At 114 acres, the land is exceptional. Paths wind through woods, along a creek, and across wide open meadows and side fields where gnarled apple, pear, sour cherry and peach trees grow. Birdsong fills the air, and fireflies light up the meadows come evening. The multi-acre pond is crystal clear and a treat to swim, with a sandy beach area, picnic table, and a nearby shed for water toys. A great meadow flares out from the crest of a gentle incline above the pond, with a view over the water and panoramic vistas for the remainder of the 360 degrees.
